Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for koelnr services.

1. One-Time Bookings

  • Cancellations made before service partner assignment may be eligible for full refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges based on operational costs.

2. Subscription Services

  • Subscription benefits are delivered as per monthly cycle and plan terms.
  • Unused monthly slots do not automatically carry forward unless explicitly stated in plan terms.

3. Rescheduling

  • Users can request rescheduling through the app or support channels.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

4. Failed Service Attempts

If service cannot be completed due to operational reasons from koelnr, users may receive rescheduling or eligible credit/refund.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.

6. Exceptions

Promotional or discounted bookings may have separate refund conditions shown at checkout.
